Because we are a boutique practice, we operate as an out-of-network unrestricted provider. This is actually a great benefit to our patients because it means the doctor isn't limited by insurance restrictions and can focus entirely on giving you the highest quality care and attention. We also make using your benefits incredibly easy. You’ll just take care of your visit at the time of service, and our patient concierge team handles all the heavy lifting. We file the claims and do the paperwork on your behalf, so your insurance company will mail your reimbursement check directly to your home!

They were very friendly but also straight to the point. I thought they were efficient getting me in and out. Only downside is paying up front and then going through insurance for AETNA. As long as my insurance approves it on the back end we are good.
