The entire experience was excellent. I was seen on time and right away. Dr. Reddy and her team explained everything I needed to know in detail and immediately started a treatment plan. I only came in for a cleaning, but she was there was a need and squeezed in a filling for me the same day. The staff walked through my insurance coverage as well so I could make informed decisions and set me up with a new dental care system including products and a specific routine. The scans that were taken are thorough and the team takes there time to educate you on your dental health.

After initially getting to the office I thought this would have been a pleasant experience. After receiving a consultation I was prepared to receive a cleaning and get some fillings. However, I was told my insurance covered almost none of my services and even after calling my provider who gave me information that was the complete opposite of what I was being told in the office they told me to leave the examining room and check out. It was the most embarrassing thing and a waste of almost two hours. I will not be returning.

I did not like the parking situation. Or the fact that I had to pay a deposit for an appointment. I’ve never had to do that before and I have never heard of a dentist office requiring one.

The staff was very professional and nice. The doctor was wonderful. I did not experience any real discomfort during the procedure. The staff even call and checked on me the next day. It is very hard to find a doctor's office that will do that these days.

My procedure took less than 30 minutes to complete but the numbing side effects didn't go away after an 1hr (as I had been told). My numbing sensation lasted for 4 hours after leaving the office. Other than that, Dr. Reddy has always did an amazing job since I was 6 years old. Keep up the good work

Dr. Ready is really great, patient and a perfectionist. Her Dental assistant is really great and attentive to my needs. There is one tech in the office, however, that seems really new and has been there less than 1 yr that may not not be your preferred choice. Everyone in the office is really nice. Dr. Reddy was able to fix a filling on her first attempt that was done by my old dentist thay kept repeatively chipping within a couple of days eating soft food. I was sold on Dr. Reddy as my new dentist and drive one hour for appointments. I don't mind as a good dentist is hard to find.
