Creature Commons Counseling

I counsel young people, ages 12 - 25. I commonly apply CBT, DBT and ACT in sessions. I also love to incorporate a client's interests in therapy. I offer in-person therapy in Lake Conroe, as well as 'walk and talk' sessions at parks nearby. I will be offering animal assisted therapy with my rabbit this summer. I commonly support those having challenges managing: academic pressure, addiction, anger, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship or family troubles, low self-esteem and trauma.
