Creature Commons Counseling

I counsel young people, ages 12 - 25. I commonly apply CBT, DBT and ACT in sessions. I also love to incorporate a client's interests in therapy. I offer in-person therapy in Lake Conroe and 'walk and talk' and horse-assisted therapy in Magnolia at Inspiration Ranch. I commonly support those having challenges managing: academic pressure, addiction, anger, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship or family troubles, low self-esteem and trauma.
