I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to fill out and sign all of my forms, including HIPA, online. I was also able to check in and pay my copay before my appointment. I was able to notify my arrival using my phone; no need to check in 15 minutes early. In 2 weeks, we have a Zoom call to discuss labs. Very modern and clean. No wasting paper nor time. Less risk of spreading germs. The doctor was thorough and answered my questions without appearing annoyed. His assistant was also thorough, very friendly, and welcoming. I only wished I found this office sooner, instead of post-poning getting medical help for several months. I feel confident that I have found my new doctor!

Dr.Oliver bedside manners were exceptional. She assured that I was comfortable and okay. The medical assistant, the student PA, the phlebotomist and the front desk receptionist did an awesome job.
Although it was my very first visit, I would definitely recommend Creekside

They were nice enough, over explained and were somewhat repetitive but if you aren’t in the medical field then maybe that would be helpful. If you’re wanting to get started on GLP-1 , maybe look elsewhere. You have to be a part of their weight loss program and can only use the pharmacy they work with. Personally if that’s all I’m looking for , there is plenty of online places to do that.
