Living with a chronic illness, a medical condition, and/or healthy anxiety brings challenges such as these and more. You don't have to navigate it alone. I have extensive experience helping teens and adults build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and confidently move through life's storms and challenges relating to chronic health conditions, health anxiety and life transitions and stages. I work with teens, adults, and parents from diverse and multicultural backgrounds. I provide therapy and parenting support for individuals living with chronic illness, chronic health conditions, health anxiety and the lifelong emotional impact of congenital heart disease.
