Dr was in there less then 5 minutes an I felt dismissed of my pain. I'm new to north Carolina an had been seen by pain management for 2 years for ligetimate pain. An the dr came in an said hello an said what else is wrong with you. Said he won't fill my pain meds till I'm able to get into pain management and said to come back in a month for blood work. Then he just left. So again never felt so dismissed especially while I'm in pain with high blood pressure due to the pain.

I don't know how I feel about it, honestly, because I came to the office .. checked in.. nurse brought me to the back within 5 mins..the doctor came to to my room not even 2 minutes later.. he asked me 3 questions... about what I had going on and then sent me back up front to get my paper for labs across the street ..and if I didn't NEED to see a doctor... I wouldn't have gone. It's too much for 2 minutes when your insurance isn't taken. Receptionists and nurses were nice, tho. I just dont have an experience to really push me to a 1 - or 5-star review. I'm neutral

It was my first time visit with this Provider and office. The staff was very friendly. I met the doctor and we talked for maybe 3-5 mins. I got labs done, a flu shot and they ordered my medical record. I have a f/up appt in two weeks! So it’s too soon to do a fair post at this time!

It was absolutely horrible. I feel robbed. I paid a lot of money to get on a scale, have my blood pressure ,pulse taken and then have the Dr. Tell me that they will have to get my records from my previous physician. They could have told me that they needed u get my records before the first appointment.

I initially booked this appointment for my back pain and this doctor came up. I was called from the office to confirm my arrival and any insurance information. I arrived the day of my appointment to be told by this provider that he doesn’t take care of back pain at all!! I didn’t have insurance so I paid out of pocket for nothing. Do not go here if you’re experiencing any pain.

My experience was very pleasant. Dr. Dasai is very mild mannered and asked about my health issues and ordered blood work and an x-ray on my left hip. I have already made my return visit back in two weeks. The entire staff were very friendly and attentive to my personal needs. My Mother comes here, and I trusted her judgement when I wanted to switch doctors. Thank you so much!!

The doctor to patient experience was ok however they sent me to the pharmacy to wait for a prescription and prior authorization they never did. I sat in the pharmacy line for two hours only to be told there was no prescription. The office closed at 3 pm I called the on-call doctor and it’s been almost 3 hours later and no one responded. They took my insurance but failed to treat my emergency.
