We specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, burnout, and life transitions while offering thoughtful medication management and holistic support to help you feel more balanced, confident, and understood.
A Quick Note Before Booking:
After booking, you’ll receive an email from Crowned Mind Mental Health with your intake forms and consent documents. Please complete these as soon as possible so your provider has time to thoughtfully review your information and prepare for your visit. All required forms and consents must be completed before your appointment can take place.
A note about scheduling: Occasionally, Zocdoc’s calendar may not update immediately with our practice calendar. In the rare event that two appointments overlap, we may need to contact you to adjust your appointment time.
