Cruz Chiropractic Wellness is a boutique chiropractic & wellness center in the Flatiron district of Manhattan, providing customized chiropractic care, targeted medical massage, as well as postural assessment and re-education services for all patients.
It is Dr. Cruz’s mission to provide safe, natural and effective chiropractic care to all of her patients. Every time I needed to see a chiropractor, I would always wait till my next visit back home in CO to be seen and get adjusted. However, I realized that it was about time I found someone in the city that I can go to when I am experiencing soreness, especially as someone who works from home and has to be hunched over their laptop for hours on end.
Dr. Cruz was very welcoming and friendly when I first met her. She briefed me about her practice, what makes hers different, and also walked me through each treatment she did. I felt very relaxed and enjoyed how she emphasized that there is no "one-treatment-fits-all" since each person's body is so different. Overall, I'm very happy with my first visit and look forward to seeing her more frequently when necessary.

She has a great, positive energy and the office space is very clean and nice. I especially liked the room she has for exercises and mobility and she took me through some stretches I can do at home. Dr. Ashley was super-friendly and listened well. However, Zocdoc gave me wrong information re my insurance being in-network with her. In a country where healthcare is messed up as it is, customers MUST be provided with the right database to bank upon. It is crucial.

Dr. Cruz was amazing and explained how to alleviate the pain I have had for years. She did some cupping, stim work, adjustment and showed me some stretches to do myself.
I've had a few follow up appointments with her, and the discomfort I was experiencing in different placed along the right side of my body has gone away.
Finally, Dr. Cruz is a great human. She's so personable and so clear in how she communicates her plan. I've already recommended her to a few friends.
