The staff are very helpful and friendly. Carl (from the reception) really gave me a great impression that every staff member was friendly and helpful and funny if you open up to them and chat with them.

New patient, since my prior MD left Crystal Run. After my visit I feel it's just not a good fit for me. He does has amazing reviews and I'm sure he may be an excellent fit for someone else. That being said, I personally did not like my visit, I felt as if I personally was not heard. He had more important things to look at on his phone I suppose. Also the medical assistant had the same cut and dry demeanor, not very welcoming and definitely not what I am used to as someone who is not the biggest fan of doctor visits. I will be going with my prior MD since she takes my insurance at her new place and I'm willing to travel for her care. Once again my experience only, please base an opinion off your own experience as he does have excellent reviews and this may have been an off day, however, I'm not open to give him another try.
