Crystal was on time and ready to go! This was my first ever therapy appointment and she made me feel very comfortable. She is a great listener and asks great follow up questions to help articulate your thoughts. She took the time to get to the bottom of things, relate to them, and provide sound reasoning. I left my session with amazing advice to follow and with my head a bit more clear! I would 100% recommend Crystal to anyone.
