Crystal has been such a great help and listener to the issues I have faced. I feel supported by the conversations I have with her and the work sheets she offers. It's incredibly easy to open up to her, even though I've only had a few sessions but I can already tell things are headed in a really positive direction! I look forward to my sessions with her each week & I really feel like I'm in good hands.
