This were the easiest appointment we’ve ever made. Was seen by the doctor the very next day. I booked a time and was called back within 10 minutes that the time was filled. They gave me an appointment half an hour later. they walked me through the process of filling out the registration.
When we arrived, we were seen immediately and the entire staff from check in to check out were courteous professional and we knew were in the right place. I would definitely recommend both Zocboc and especially Ct Ent to take care of your needs

I saw a Nurse Practitioner, and knew that after I made the appointment. For what I wanted done this seemed appropriate. Kim was very thorough, patiently explaining things, asked very appropriate questions and did an excellent and extremely professional job. Just a great experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The PA who attended to me was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what was going on with my symptoms and offered a treatment. Something other non affiliated ENT doctors were not able to do. Highly recommend this doctors office.

I saw Dr Alexandria Torres and she was great! I've seen several doctors over the years for the same type of treatment but Dr.Torres, by far, had the most gentle method!! She was very patient, diligent and I left the office 100% better than I arrived. I highly recommend Dr.Alexandria Torres!!

Everyone in this office was amazing ! I actually booked out of necessity because I was in pain and it was one of the only providers in CT - it’s an hour and 15 from my house - but it’s my new ENT . Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable I feel amazing ! I am so happy I found them !!! I actually overheard another patient in the office saying they had the nicest receptionists and it’s so true . All the providers were amazing you could tell it’s a really healthy happy work environment !

The experience was excellent. Dr. Weiss was very thorough, took his time to listen and respond to questions. He explained best treatment options and/procedures to follow. The overall office team is very pleasant and friendly. The team clearly informed me about tests that were covered by insurance as part of the general visit and which ones would need to be processed thru the insurance separately. The office was clean, comfortable waiting area and they have very accessible parking.

From the moment I walked in the doors I felt welcome. The staff was totally awesome and Aj was just amazing he was warm and attentive to my issue. I didn’t see Dr. Weiss but saw Marielle Khuen. What can I say? Gentle, respectful, positive and outgoing. She made me feel comfortable and asked all the right questions. Very impressive service overall! I recommend their service. Sick patient but happy patient.
