CT Internal Medicine and Allergy
CT Internal Medicine and Allergy sees patients ages four and up for any non-surgical medical problems and for complete health evaluations. CT Internal Medicine and Allergy serves as the primary care provider for our patients, regularly corresponding with other physicians and hospitals who are involved in the patient's healthcare.
In our practice, we believe that the doctor's role is not only to treat illness, but to give you the appropriate tools to prevent illness and to improve your quality of life.
We use state of the art electronic medical records, keeping our patients' records well-organized and always available at both of our offices. Electronic medical records enable rapid transmission of prescriptions to the pharmacy, reducing wait-time for medications. In the future, all of our patients' Danbury Hospital records will be linked to our system.

When I went to the doctor for a rash he looked at my rash and went I’ve never seen that before and just prescribed me random medicine, just seemed very unprofessional because other dermatologists have been way more thorough and in depth

Today was my first time being seen by Dr. Roger Karlin as my new primary doctor. He matched my energy, so did all of the staff. Dr. Karlin listened to everything I spewed on about (I'm a hypochondriac lol) so he's obviously a great listener. The nurse was so nice and calming when she had to withdraw two vials. The wait time was probably 1 minute. Overall great experience.

Dr. Roger is a great doctor because he gets right to the point and doesn't try to make small talk with you and waste your time by beating around the bush. I would recommend this doctor, although the charisma and welcoming to the office by the desk lady wasn't that warm as I would expect but rather dull and not with much energy. The nurse had more charisma but she also lacked in that area I would say. Even so though, my visit was pleasant and relaxing and I definitely would come back for future appointments.

This was my initial visit. I explained my reasons for wanting to affiliate with a CT doctor and my concerns today. Dr. Karlin was a very attentive listener. He changed my blood pressure meds and he made a recommendation for an arthritis specialist. I have an appointment with him soon for an annual physical. I look forward to a long relationship with Dr. Karlin.
