Cultivating Cognitive Clarity, LLC
I’m Gabby Oblena and I specialize in working with young adults, Asian Americans, and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel unseen, pressured, or caught between cultures, expectations, or roles. In our work together, I create a space where you can be fully human and explore who you are, make sense of your experiences, and feel understood without judgment. Together, we’ll cultivate self-trust, resilience, and clarity so you can move through life with greater confidence, authenticity, and connection.
I offer holistic, non-judgmental, and eclectic counseling tailored to your needs. My style is conversational and collaborative, helping you feel safe, truly seen, and heard. I integrate practical tools with curiosity and care, and I bring humor and a relaxed, down-to-earth tone to create a comfortable, supportive space for growth and healing.
I became a therapist to be the kind of person my younger self needed—someone who offers a safe space to feel deeply, embrace vulnerability, regulate overwhelming emotions, and nurture both self‐compassion and compassion for others. My hope is to be that person for my clients.
