Overall, I had a good experience as a first-time patient and felt comfortable throughout my visit. The dentists and hygienists were kind, informative, and thorough.
However, my experience with one of the younger front desk receptionists was disappointing. In both phone and in-person interactions, she was cold and inattentive. She repeatedly assisted other patients without informing me that I would need to wait or be placed on hold. During one phone call, this resulted in her incorrectly taking down my insurance information, which then required another receptionist to call me back to correct the mistake.
My feedback to the provider is to provide her with training on basic customer service skills—such as clear communication, attentiveness, and courtesy. Her behavior stands out even more because the rest of the staff was consistently welcoming and professional.

Literally loved my experience! Everyone was so sweet and accommodating to some time changes that happened on my end. Most importantly, the two doctors I saw were very kind and comforting + the front desk lady was great! Dr. Dan performed two wisdom tooth extractions on me and both went so smoothly. I was so scared to have my two tooth extensions while AWAKE, but they made me feel so comfortable. It was quick and painless. He had great humor, communication, and staff.
Drove two hours to go there base on his great reviews, and he upheld my expectations.
1000/10 recommend.

Excellent Dentist and Human Being. This dentist cares 100% about his work about his patient and about your teeth. He went to great lengths to make sure I was out of pain. He asks how you are during treatment. He absolutely knows his skill and is a fine dentist. If the scale was 100 I'd give him snd his wonderful staff 150 rating! Definitely book with Dr Dan. Amazing ?? experience.

They were so great. I had tooth pain and my regular dentist was closed. I got an appointment same day, did my X-rays quickly, and got me the antibiotics I needed to get through the weekend. Highly recommend. They might steal me away from my current dentist.

I was visiting LA and broke a tooth so I made this appointment in a panic (and with lots of tears!). I came in as soon as they opened to wait for my 9:30 appt. After the incredibly kind front office staff checked me in and gave me tissues (so grateful for her kind demeanor!!), they took me in early. The doctor did not let me dwell on the panic. He was a perfect balance of serious, efficient and gently humorous. He let me ask questions, take my time, etc. Dr. Dan saw me first but then Dr. Tara did my work. I was panicked about money and they took the time to let the front office come back and talk me through it before starting work. I left an hour and half later looking like nothing had happened. Endlessly grateful for finding this office in a pinch!

The staff seemed genuinely unhappy to be there and I found the dentist himself to be pretty aloof and did not really take a long time to truly look at my teeth. The cleaning was very rushed and was very rough. I don’t think I’ll be back.
