At first the office was difficult to find because I didn’t realize I was driving to the mall. However, if you park closest to the JCPenny side of the Fox Hills Mall- you’ll be able to walk through JCPenny’s and find the LensCrafters to the left. The office is located in the back of the store. It was a pretty seamless experience and the staff was kind.
