Genuine listener. Answers each part of what I said and asks a lot of questions. Offers specific and practical advice rather than vague encouragement. Takes her time and did not feel rushed at all. Did not wait at all in the waiting room, maybe about 30 seconds and they had complimentary water and healthy snacks. Nurse doing my bloodwork was very gentle and even offered me a smaller needle to make me feel more comfortable. And they always answer the phone on the 1st or second ring whenever I call. I've never had to be put on hold.

I had a wonderful experience at Culver Primary Care. The office was easy to fine and very well appointed. Check-in was seamless and Dr. Bhatia saw me within minutes of arrival. She was attentive and inquisitive with wonderful bedside manner. All the bases were covered and I was in and out in less than an hour. I will be recommending Dr. Bhatia and her team to my friends and family and look forward to visiting again!

2nd time visiting. Genuinely grateful that Dr. Bhatia and her staff exist because they continue to be consistent with their communication as well as their bed side manner.
