I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. I filled out all of my paperwork, and got everything done on time. I checked every 5 minutes to get the instructions on how to access video chat for my appointment but the instructions never came. 5 minutes passed my appointment time I called the office, nobody answered the phone. I left a voicemail letting them know I was knew to video appointments and that I never received instructions on what to do, I left them my phone number and asked them to please call me as I didn't want to miss my appointment. After thirty minutes passed my appointment time, nobody ever called me or emailed me or messaged me through text or through the app, I got a notification that dr newsome just cancelled my appointment, didn't give a reason why or anything at all. The next appointment I'm able to get is Monday at 4pm, so now I have to go the rest of the week and the weekend without any of my medication and I am extremely upset about this. 0 stars.

My experience was great from booking the appointment, Faith messaged me and sent all the documents neat and organized for an easy signage process. I also ended up missing my appointment and most doctors wouldn’t even try to see you again after that but they both were amazing and faith scheduled me a next day appointment! They really went above and beyond to make sure I got some much needed help! Dr Newsome was great! Very thorough and thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable and informative. It really gave me hope that I am going to get my struggles under control. I will add, really read reviews because I’ve had two poor experiences with a no show doctor and rescheduled apt.. So dr Newsome ( and faith ) really went above and beyond for me to make me feel as if I was their only patient.

Thank you for giving me such good service and support. Thank you for being respectful and allowing time for a client and customer relationship to develop. Thank you for starting to help me with my journey to treatment to anxiety and ADHD the Wellbutrin XL is a good start I really hope one day we can get to the level of trust where I will be allowed to take a stimulant once again like when I was younger so I can feel whole again I can't wait I will wait any amount of months to get to feel like myself one more time even briefly thank you

Dr didn't call in lab works and wouldn't properly treat my ADHD. Hopefully we will get there these pills do nothing and they don't even help he's giving me pills that I don't think even work I feel no benefits whatsoever and this is instant relief. I need good ADHD medicine I'm 39 years old I'm allowed to get proper treatment
