I never saw the doctor . They called me to confirm the appointment I explained my son was 17 they said his dad had to be present I explained he has not seen his dad in 8 years she said I had to get consent . I HAVE NEVER IN 17 YEARS BEEN TOLD THIS AD A SINGLE MOM!!! I explained he’s in prison and he’s abusive she said I had to get consent from him. How ??? If he’s absent !!!!!! He was also abusive and I have not had contact !!!! My son is autistic and was just trying to get him help ! My insurance he lives with me never in 17 years has an office require his dad be there !! Immediately asked them to cancel then got a message I had an appointment ! I understand there are legal things but how come
No other doctor has required his dad to be there and how they suggest I get consent when he is in prison !!! Never ever !

No communication whatsoever.
I called into the office at the time of my appointment because I received no link of the meeting. The call went straight to voicemail. I called again and a receptionist told me that there was no appointment.
The office did not make any attempt to contact me prior to my appointment on such matter. Very unprofessional.

Not her fault, but Curect is VERY slow to book your appointments. Took almost a month between first booking and completing my analysis. However, after the test I did find new things about myself I didn’t know about, so I think it was worth the wait.

ZocDoc is not good, call the actual provider first. I drove 30 minutes in traffic to have the staff say they had no confirmation of appointment.

I scheduled via zocdoc for 1:30pm. A little whole later got a notification that my appointment had been moved to 2:30pm. I arrived 20 minutes early to the address to find that the suite number provided doesn't exist. I called the number on the appointment confirmation and they had no record of me and were not able to see me today. Hour round trip. They didn't seem concerned or to care. Just offered me their next available appointment.
I had a panic attack on the way home because I was expecting to talk about some heavy stuff and it was at the front of my mind and I didn't get to have an outlet for it.

The doctor could have reviewed the medical record I faxed before the appt to make the appt time more efficient. Also, I was very disappointed to find out at my 1st visit that the whole 3 visit process was only pre-steps to my main concern: a visit with a neurologist to diagnose if my son is autistic or not. That's a lot of money investment that I already spent to just find out that I'm not even there yet and still not knowing how much more it will cost for the main steps.

I booked a video call and followed all the steps through Zocdoc to prepare for my meeting. Once It was time for meeting I never received a link or anyway to speak with the therapist. I had to call the office and they were unaware of my meeting and said nothing we can do about It.

This is for the staff specifically. Communication was awful. Didn't call about rescheduling like I was told they would. When I went in, they rescheduled me for a day and time without telling me she wouldn't be available the next 2 weeks for that time. I found out a day before the appointment.
Additionally, the lady that called to tell me my scheduled time would be unavailable for two weeks had a horrible, snarky attitude that felt extremely condescending. I had a 5pm appointment and she told me "Could you change to a different time? We usually reserve 5pm for kids." So was the point to guilt trip me into choosing a different time? Why would a THERAPISTS office say that? I chose 5pm because thats when I get off work. No, I can't do 1pm in the middle of my work day.
Overall just an unpleasant experience. I feel bad for the therapist because I wasn't able to really get my visit with her, but i'm looking elsewhere.
