Everyone was very friendly beginning with when I walked in the door to sign in to when I made my payment and left. All procedures were explained to me, and I was asked if I had any questions. My
appointment for the procedures that were completed were done in a very timely manner. The insurance, and my part of the payment was also explained to me and I was given the opportunity to ask questions prior to any procedures .
Going to the dentist is very stressful, for me. The Custom Dental staff are amazing and do a great job of calming any anxiety I have. I highly recommend them.

Very Professional and well worth the visit. Office personnel was attentive and created a welcoming atmosphere. Dr Nail performed the examination and immediately performed the fillings needed. Very satisfied with the treatment I received and will recommend to friends and family. Also accepted my insurance with no problem.
