She has an excellent bedside manner, answered all my questions, and genuinely made me feel like she cared about my individual health and wellbeing. It didn't feel like she was just trying to sell me glasses. She listened to my individual needs and made my first appointment with her go smoothly.

Sadie was fantastic. I went in for a routine eye appointment for new glasses, only for her to realize there was something larger going on with my eyes and I needed to go to the ER. She tried her best to keep things calm, writing down the hospital address and her personal phone number, along with providing detailed instructions for me to get the help I needed when I got there.

I was a bit early and was shown glasses options right away and was seen for my appointment a little early. The appointment was thorough and I feel explained more about my eyes than previous doctors. I experience dryness and I had some dyed drops used to see if there’s damage/allergies etc. I have complained about dryness and no one had ever looked at the reason why. Will definitely return to this doctor/provider/office.

I wouldn’t recommend going to custom eyes (lakeview) in general. Katsevman didn’t really seem to know what she was doing. After I waited 20 minutes for my eyes to dilate, she couldn’t get the flashlight to work and kept blaming it on other people. Then had me wait another 25 minutes to get it to work and i kept having to ask the front desk what’s happening. She also was not going to go over my scans until I asked. Meh experience.

Dr. Katsevman was friendly and made me comfortable. She thoroughly explained everything that would take place and made recommendations for future exams. I was extremely surprised that she saw a small stigmatism, but stated that there was no need for glasses at this time. Most people try to squeeze you, but she made respectful and truthful recommendations without pushing unnecessary treatment. I would definitely recommend this as an option for anyone looking for an optometrist.

My appointment was fast and everyone was friendly but not very organized. They failed to actually order my contacts and didn’t notice until I called them two weeks later asking where they were. They gave me extra sample contacts as compensation but gave me the wrong samples so that they are unusable.

My appointment was at 5:30pm on the evening before a holiday. I assumed it would be a quick in and out, but she made sure the time was well spent and that my prescription and contacts were the perfect fit for me without any shortcuts. She was so kind and well educated, and made the appointment an extremely positive experience. I left my appointment feeling motivated to practice better eye care and relieved to have found an eye doctor that cares, even if it’s just a routine annual exam. I’d recommend her to everyone considering, and especially so to those with anxiety who have been putting it off. She’ll take care of you and you will be happy that you went.
