Cutting Edge Counseling of the North Shore
When you work with us, it doesn't feel like "therapy". We work together to problem-solve and find strategies to ease their stress and improve behavior. We help you learn positive coping skills, so they feel more at ease mentally and physically. Knowing how to face difficult situations is a skill taught throughout life, but when dealing with difficult times we can sometimes forget how to use the skills we have been taught.
We offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. We have Gottman trained (couples therapy) therapists as well as therapists that specialize in Trauma.

My experience was great! Emily is very kind and definitely a great listener. I felt comfortable with her right away as that's something I don't usually feel with other therapist I've seen before. She even contacted me before my appointment and we were able to move my appointment one day before. Definitely excited to go back for my next appointment. Plus her office smells great hehe
