Once we were in the exam room, everything went well and moved along. Everyone was more than friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and open. Full of information and orders, open to questions. Very positive experience except for the long wait in the waiting room. The big screen with underwater creatures was a nice diversion during the waiting.

Dr did not seem to be rushed. He was on time, in fact, a little early. He did not just give me medicine, he took samples of my toenails to check on any medical problems there may be. This was the first time seeing him.

Appointment was on time. Practice entrance is easy to find, and I was greeted upon entering the space. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Dr. Cockrell was warm but focused. He asked a few important questions and then recommended a minor treatment. in 45 minutes, I was back in my car. This is as good as it gets.
