Having worked in dental for years. Our office would always refer patients to Cypress Oral and Maxillofacial. Naturally, when I needed the service, I choose the same for myself. My experience was top notch from start to finish with everyone I encountered. I was very apprehensive prior to making my appointment, but I had some work that had to be done. I had heard of Zocdoc thru advertising so I pulled it up on the internet and put in my zip code. There were plenty of choices close by, so I chose to contact the office that I had driven by close to my house many times. When I called the person who answered the phone was very friendly and informative. They had openings that same day for a consultation even being a new patient. I filled out the required forms on line before going and when I arrived for the appointment, I was seen within five minutes of arriving. It was a very nice and clean office and the consult was direct and informative. I scheduled to have the procedure done the next day! First class operation with the whole team being very pleasant to work with. Next time I won't wait as long as I did to schedule an appointment! Great experience!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience! I was so nervous to get my wisdom teeth out especially because 1 was impacted but they made the entire process so easy. Everyone from the front desk to the back of the office were so kind & actually care about you. They make sure all your questions are answered & you feel at ease. I’m 2 days post op & I feel great!! The post op instructions are easy & very clear. I highly recommended this place!

I made an appointment using the app and decided to double check with the office to make sure it had gone through. Upon calling, they informed me that they had not received my request but immediately made sure to offer an appointment for the same day I had requested. Once I arrived I filled out my paperwork and they helped me right away. Dr. Gonzalez was professional and prompt to explain what my procedure would entail while explaining his observations using my x-rays. Overall, I was pleased with my first visit and will return in the next few days for my surgery.
