Everybody was very friendly. I made an appointment with a toothache went and thinking they would take care of my tooth. They took x-rays full mouth, then told me make an appointment for a cleaning and they did nothing for the toothache. I went home for two days. I had a toothache doctors office wasn’t willing to do anything until they check my insurance. I felt they had no compassion. didn’t even tell me to buy something over-the-counter for my toothache. They were more concerned about my insurance and how much money they could get from them instead of having compassion for someone who’s out a toothache not sure if I will come back. I feel a more concerned about insurance payments than the patient.

Experience was good. Everyone was clear about what they were doing and was aware of my special needs. The doc agreed with my suggestion and was gentle when checking out all of my mouth issues. I have a very sensitive mouth. The hygenis was also very gentle. Great experience.
