I've been seeing Dr Saadi for sometime now, for various different proceedures; knees, clavicle, and shoulder ( several times). Each visit/operation was clearly explained, my options fully covered, as well as long and short term recovery.
Personally, I wouldn't go see anyone else!

The staff was very cordial and helpful. I was sent my information packet ahead of time with clear instructions. Dr Saadi spent a little extra time with me as he wanted to make sure all my bases were covered due to my symptomology. He explained the Xray and wrote for me to start PT. He tries to be the least aggressive as possible to try to keep me from a full blown surgery which is very appreciated.
I will keep him as my spine orthopod and his office staff were wonderful.

I don't like being treated like a number on an insurance card. I had never been there before. After I parked behind the two, similar, connected buildings, I mistakenly went into the wrong one and wandered there for a while before recognizing my error. By the time I returned to the parking garage and went in the 2nd building, I was c. 15 minutes late to my appointment. I was asked to fill in forms and told there would be a little wait. I sat, waiting to be seen, for slightly over 2 hours. Never saw the doctor. I let the staff know I could not wait longer, rescheduled appointment. Now not sure I can trust them to treat me like a human. If they couldn't see me since I could not fi d their office, why didn't they say so up front? Seems they would have let me sit there all day as patients came and went....

I have visited no less than five “specialist “ and never had a clear in depth understanding of what was wrong. Dr. Saadi came in, went over everything in detail and made sure I understood EVERYTHING before making any medical decisions. I felt like a weight had been lifted because it was like a light switch??. He made everything make sense and really wanted to make sure I knew I was in control: I never once felt pressured to ‘have surgery’ for the sake of making the practice money: I was a person to them, not a number.
