The front office was pleasant and welcoming, they let me know that I would be seen in a few minutes.
The doctor and the assistant who took pictures were very friendly and explained in detail their procedures.
The doctor was very knowledgeable with my problem and made good suggestions as to how to try to correct it. All my questions were answered to my understanding.

Dr Mandel’s office was wonderful. I had my first visit today and I feel completely confident in her skills and approach to my care. She was extremely thorough and explained the reason for everything she was doing. I was given a plan for next steps when I checked out, and a clear picture of my future care. I will most definitely be back and look forward to her taking care of my teeth for years to come.

Dana is capable, has a lovely personality and is very professional. She makes sure you've been numbed enough before she starts! I travel a long distance by car and ferry in order to see her and she always tries to do as much as she can in one visit so I don't have to travel so much. She is worth the long trip and I recommend her highly to anyone!

Dr. Dana is the best dentist I've ever met. She is punctual, professional, and genuinely cares for her patients. Our family has been seeing Doctor Mandel for several years. After every visit we are impressed by her professionalism, the accuracy of her diagnoses, and her careful technique to minimize discomfort. On top of that, she is friendly with her patients, but in a business-like way that respects the schedules of all of her patients that are in the office at the same time. (Not like a chatty dentist I once went to that talked recipes with a patient while I sat in an examination chair for nearly an hour). I would recommend Dana in a heartbeat.
