I called the provider to confirm the appointment and explained the situation and never heard back from him on the day of the appointment. I called back to ask what happened and if he needed anything else from me or my parents who are the caregivers of my brother who the appointment was for, but was sent to voicemail. I still have not heard back from this provider and have not gotten an appointment.

Dr. Wong is kind and empathetic. He spent a lot of time with me prior to meeting with my teen to truly understand everything. My teen was extremely comfortable talking with him as well. Highly recommend.

We only had one session with Dr. Wong, but he made a great impression on both me and my teenage son. My 14 year old boy felt comfortable and open with Dr. Wong. We will definitely continue working with the Daniel Wong.

My appt was very impulsive. I needed help quickly. My son found DrWong. I only saw him once, so it’s difficult to know exactly what to say. Listened well and gave me a “ diagnosis “. That helped. Office is quite nice. Wish he took some insurance! In this day and age who doesn’t? He doesn’t seem to have office staff? I will go back and know more.

Dr. Wong is a very patient and understanding doctor. He explained the treatment instructions and medication use very clearly, making sure I understood them completely. When I raised questions or concerns about my issues, he responded in a very supportive way.
