Great communication and thorough examination with the doctor. However, there’s virtually no way to reach the doctor via phone calls or messages for anything afterwards. His PA will prescribe you partial medication, and you can’t reach him via messages or calls either to get that corrected, or get the doubt addressed. (I had to visit my PCP to obtain the other half of the medication necessary)
Another issue is about billing. They collect payment at the time of service, not reviewed by insurance first. The calculation for mine was off. I called the office for two weeks (3 calls each week, holding time, all the transferring, reiterating the purpose, etc) and finally got my refund.
Everyone’s time is precious. When you take time away from me, you are wasting my life. The time I spent on fighting for the incorrect bill refund times my hourly rate was several times of the refund value itself.

He was a godsend when I had numerous polyps in my sinuses four years ago. I could not function normally because of them. Following the surgery that removed them I have regular checkups. I believe that Dr. Leeman truly cares for his patients. His office staff is great too.
