Super adaptive, reads her patients intuitively without coming across as presumptive. Super down to earth. Almost zero psych jargon ;) Really brought me back to my power through articulate affirmation of things she couldn't know. It was a great first session. I walked away with new light fro an actual intake appointment! I could not feel like I found a better match! Oh and she gets IFS.

When I left my visit with my therapist I felt different! In a good way!
I was able to see another dimension to an issue I’m walking through which makes me hopeful. Her questioning really directed me to look deep within and even take me beyond “my now”.
