My ideal client is someone navigating the effects of trauma—feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected. They need a safe space to feel seen, heard, and validated without judgment. Their goals include rebuilding trust in themselves and others, regulating emotions, and reclaiming a sense of control and purpose. They want healing because they’re tired of surviving—they’re ready to start living fully. I help clients heal from trauma using ACT, DBT and person-centered therapy. I offer a safe, supportive space to process pain, build coping skills, and reconnect with who they truly are.
