Great to meet you! Hello, I am Dance/Movement Psychotherapist, so my eyes are trained to see what our words cannot express...and that's where the magic happens. Within sessions, I often use visualization, movement, and explore what our words may not be able to express.
A bit about my approach to therapy? I am warm by nature, my approach is always person-centered, with a mix of empowerment, humor, all while being direct.
What you can expect from our first session? Clients will have the space to receive strength-based statements, moments of bold honesty, and homework, yes I give homework. Looking forward to working with you.
