David Huggins Psychotherapy Services' mission is to provide high-quality psychotherapy, emphasizing talk therapy, and offer a safe and comfortable environment where individuals and couples can be helped to deal with distressing emotions. Among the services provided are treatments for depression, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, couples counseling, and emotional distress. My advanced training and therapeutic approaches include accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy (AEDP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), attachment-based psychodynamic therapy, emotional focus therapy for couples (EFT), and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT).
