David Longmire Gestalt Therapy
I work with individuals, couples, and groups. My main therapeutic influence is Gestalt Psychotherapy and It is a dynamic, holistic, and experiential therapy that can help people through their problems, most frequently related to "the big four"; depression, anxiety, career, and relationships. I am an openly gay therapist, so my practice attracts individuals who are gay, Lesbian, bisexual, and transgender. Because I was trained as a classical musician, my practice also attracts individuals with career issues in the arts.
I have also trained in Somatic Experiencing, a gentle and effective way of resolving trauma.
