I strongly believe that we all possess a unique, authentic self, shining beneath the shoulds, woulds, and coulds of social expectations. Unearthing this true self and calibrating it with intentionality can bring forth a sense of liberation, confidence, and buoyancy. These powerful feelings overflow into every relationship in our lives.
Simply put, an event or a repetitive behavior can cause us hurt and pain. This is the impetus for change, which we use to unpack larger issues from across our lives. We treat the cause, and not just the effect, in order to create lasting change and improve your quality of life.
If we forget the password to our personal power, how do we recover it? With my unique approach, I seek to investigate and break down your past experiences, understanding your unconscious patterns of thought and behavior. We need to become aware of what we are doing in order to do something different.
I have worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 10 years, studying the human condition in myself, family, and clients. But I am not married to any one style: I listen with a full heart, ask questions, and challenge you to step into the greatest version of you.
Your wound is probably not your fault, but your healing is your responsibility. Let’s do it together.
