Welcome to my telehealth practice. As experienced provider, I like to work with my client to determine their needs and how we can work together and meet them. I may help you in medication management and talk therapy or referral to the appropriate therapist. My approach in our first meeting is to do a full assessment. This generally takes about 40 minutes and then formulate a plan and allow for questions. Our follow up meetings range from 20 to 30 minutes. I like to cover your mood, appetite, sleep, energy, cognition, and memory. The remainder of our time is spent with questions, planning, or some therapy.
