The staff was extremely polite and accommodating. I would have preferred not to have waited so long in the waiting room, but the medical assistant and the doctor spent a good amount of time with me.

The day before my appointment. I was contacted by his secretary. Saying that the time my appointment was for she have to change it because a patient called for his annual check up and wanted the same time I had. Like really. I made my appointment 3 days ago. I felt that was rude. And I just looked for another doctor.
