I am a Licensed Professional Counselor supporting individuals and families in the State of Texas through life’s challenges. During the first decade of my career, I worked extensively with children, adolescents, couples, families, and individual adults, which gave me a strong foundation across all stages of life. Today, my practice is primarily focused on adolescents and adults, including individuals navigating the complexities of aging parents and families in transition. I also have experience working with military families and understand the unique stressors they may face. I believe counseling works best when it is collaborative, practical, and grounded in genuine connection. My approach to counseling is flexible and tailored to each person’s unique needs and where they are emotionally and physically. I view therapy as a collaborative process, creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and respectfully challenged as you work toward meaningful change. Outside of my work, I enjoy mountain biking, gardening, and carpentry, which help me stay balanced and grounded.
