I am a firm believer that life is a work in progress for all of us, self-included. I view my role in working with clients as an educated guide, to assist people in their journey of wellness. Recent global events and the ongoing stress of our modern lives often results in many individuals feeling lost, disconnected, and often unsure of where to turn.
