I was attended to right away I didn’t have to wait and they helped me learn to apply and take off my contacts and made sure I was 100% able to apply and remove my contacts before I left the office
Overall i loved this office and I would definitely return for a follow up!

A decent experience overall. Dr. Leonard himself was kind, courteous and professional. One of the attendants was less than friendly (and also messed up my focal exam several times, which was annoying and uncomfortable) but this was quickly turned around by the attitude of the second attendant along with the doctor himself. The glasses consultant was also really friendly and expertly helped me identify an ideal pair of specs.

Unfortunately I happen to arrive a few minutes before Dr. Leonard's lunch break. (But also at my appointments time) Which caused Dr. Leonard to rush the entire process. The entire appointment felt as if I was being ran out of the clinic, as if I weren't a patient paying for provided services. I have no idea if my diagnostics is legitimate or just an attempt to dismiss me, which in all honesty is terrifying because in any field of work, rushing can lead to minor mistakes. Luckily I can say I left the clinic the same way I arrived.

The first lady I spoke to when I walked in kept telling me I didn't make an appointment there over and over.. But I did and I had the right address in my hand. She didn't look for it well and I wouldn't lie about it
