Day and Nite Nutrition

I help males and females to optimize nutrition prior to conception. I believe in empowering clients with epigenetic nutrition knowledge. I use client centered, evidenced based care, meeting clients where they are at, helping them to move through stages of change based on their unique lifestyle and needs. Some tools I use include motivational interviewing and SMART goal setting. I believe that it is important to fuel your body efficiently through all its complex processes- day and night!
