She asked if anyone reached out to me to let me know I needed a referral. No one reached out so I couldn’t be seen. I’m perfectly fine with not being seen the office looked rough it was dingy and really outdated. Would not recommend there are better medical offices.

They rescheduled my appointment two times then I show up and waited for over an hour and 30min and was never seen
I asked for my copay back and they couldn't reverse the credit card I had to wait for a check. The doctor (PA) came out of her back office once to spend time with a vendor, didn't even acknowledge anyone being there. The staff said someone was late which was the reason for the delay. But I don't believe them. The staff at the desk were very nice but that is all I have to say positive about this

I wouldn't put anything on the provider but the staff in the front office had no idea I had an appointment, I drove pretty far to know that and didn't seem like she cared. I didn't want to put a bad review. I believe the provider is a great person but the staff has to do better.

If anyone plans on booking with this office, I would strongly recommend not using Zocdoc because it seems like they do not pay attention to appointments made through this site.
After driving 35 minutes to the office, I was told upon arrival that there was no provider in the clinic. The only thing the front desk lady asked me was, “Where did you make the appointment?” There was no apology for the inconvenience, no effort to help reschedule, and barely any communication at all.
I understand scheduling issues can happen, but the complete lack of professionalism, empathy, an basic customer service was extremely disappointing especially after taking time out of my day and driving such a long distance for a confirmed appoint

I don't know what more i can say. I got a courtesy call to confirm my appointment. I was seen nearly right away, nearly because I did have to do the intake paper work. It was on a tablet and extremely quick and easy to fill out. Far better than all the paper waste. I was seen nearly immediately after filling it out and I did not have to wait long between staff who saw me once I was in a room. Whole thing took me probably an hour at best and most of it was the paper work. Clean communication, not just the provider I saw but the staff that assisted me prior, with medical knowledge when I couldn't think straight. They are amazing.

I cut this poor dr off mid-sentence because I’m used to drs not listening to me, but he took it well and was patient, listened to me, and heard me out. He addressed all my concerns and my skin is already feeling better from the treatments he gave me.
