He and his staff were very accommodating. Zoc Doc screwed up my appointment time, but they were able to fit me in anyway.

I was pleased with my overall visit; Only issue was that I was scheduled for an 11 AM visit but, wasn't seen until 1 PM.

As a new patient, I very much enjoyed my experience today. Dr. Patel was excellent, offered helpful assessments, and performed a thorough cleaning and exam. The dental technician, Irene, was also stellar as was the receptionist. I am looking forward to continuing with this practice.

The provider is excellent—very skilled, efficient, and to the point, which I greatly appreciated. My only concern was the front desk service; no one was available during my appointment, which led to some confusion and a longer wait time than expected. The provider also seemed a bit rushed, likely due to a busy schedule, but I understand that can happen. Overall, a great experience with the provider.

Dr. Patel was incredibly skilled and helpful. I had a cavity that led to a cracked tooth and he swiftly fixed the problem. I’m usually quite scared and uncomfortable at dentists offices, but Dr. Patel, the hygienist and front office made me feel super comfortable. It was a surprisingly wonderful visit to the dentist!

My visit was with Dr. Mike, not Dr. Patel, but my experience at the office was great. Dr. Mike was very thorough and took plenty of time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing and also the issues he found with my teeth. He was also gentle and put me at ease.

I felt Dr. Patel was a bit dismissive with me and talked to me more like a lecturing parent to a child than a dentist to a patient. I have always had teeth problems, even though I brush three times a day, floss, use mouth wash, and avoid sugary drinks. Dr. Patel still made me feel bad about a cavity I have been unable to afford to treat as of late.
