I have been on the lookout for an empathetic and local PCP since I moved here in 2020…this just might be the place I’ve been looking for. I was seen by Spencer, the physicians assistant, which was a bit of a surprise, but it turned out beautifully.
He was incredibly professional, honest, a phenomenal listener, empathetic, kind, and thorough.
Regarding the annual exam, it included a urine test as well as the expected blood test. They ask you to book a second visit in 2 weeks to review results.
I asked Jennifer if we could do the blood test while I was waiting to be seen so I could eat some breakfast and she accommodated.
Jennifer, Spencer, and the doctor are all amazing people. I did get the chance to meet the doctor in the hallway after my appointment and she was warm and very kind.
There are a couple of plants in the office, too! That made me real happy.

Overall bad experience and did not actually get to see the doctor. Appointment was made the week prior and confirmed again over the phone on the morning of, but office was "closed" for lunch during my appointment time. Arrived 30mins before appointment time and waited 15mins after, total wait of 45mins, and no one bothered to come to the front desk to assist. Could not wait any longer and left before seeing the doctor.

Seeing an internist as primary care for the first time, I found the second visit filled with in-office preventative tests and good health information. This is a wonderful discovery. I really appreciate this.

Booked on ZocDoc and received a call to come in hour later which was okay. Caller stressed that this was not an urgent care and if my intention was for primary care. I had answered this on ZocDoc.
Office is nice, clean and comfortable. Completed paperwork and short wait to room. Nurse was very pleasant. Longer wait for doctor (although no patients other than myself). Doctor is to the point and spends time documenting information on forms I’d completed earlier, as she hadn’t reviewed previously.
Bloodwork results lead to a follow up to “determine what plan will be and if this is the right office for you.”
Appointment was fine but did not feel very welcomed, much concern or really heard. Maybe it was just an off day?

Really awful. She denied my request for her to fill in a simple gap request so that I could have a home birth and the midwife to be covered by gap insurance. She didn’t understand the process, wasn’t open to learning or helping me even though she’s my doctor, she was condescending and rude, easily triggered and emotional and then hung up on me ! Never heard that before. Super unethical.

Fabulous! I had to have paperwork and vaccines for school completed last minute. I was able to get a same-day appointment through ZocDoc and have everything I needed to be done. They worked with me to collect records from a previous PCP and even emailed me the forms I needed when the blood work came back so I can have them ASAP in addition to mailing them out. I was very impressed with the PA and the whole team.
I am also a very hard stick when it comes to blood draw. They managed on the first try. No bruise was left and it was painless!
I hate writing reviews but this doctor and her team really saved me in a pinch and were beyond fabulous in answering my questions. I went in nervous and that was instantly alleviated by her amazing team.

I went there for a particular reason and the doctor 0 concern over my primary purpose of the appointment. She was concerned that I was the last appointment of the day and she wanted to get out of there. I had Arash in private areaI needed her to address and she dismissed my request. I've never been this disrespected by I'm woman in the medical field in my life. it seems like I'm not the first person you felt that way from the response I got from physician assistant that was on duty. one bright note the girls she has working there are outstanding hard-working young ladies

I liked Dr. Cernea and her staff. The office is clean, modern and efficient. Dr. Cernea explained her overall approach to me and. was personable. There must have been a slight mix up in the scheduling because there. was no one there to register with for over 20 minutes. But once I was in their system, all went well. I recommend!

Echoing a similar experience, had a physical done and everyone was very nice and professional. However, the way they billed the insurance made me feel disappointed.
Instead of the normal way of whole physical on first visit, follow up to go over results on second visit, they separated the actual physical into two visits. This way, they could bill the second visit as a regular visit which isn't covered under the annual physical. I was also unaware they would submit for non preventative tests, so I was billed for that as well. Usually physicals are a uncomplicated complete covered process, so I was saddened by my experience here.
