I went in with pain on the roof of my mouth. Large swollen bumps. I left with additional pain in teeth that when I originally went in were not hurting and more severe pain of the bumps.
Next morning I wake up in further pain from the tooth and lumps. Try calling Dr for pain medication twice. No call back. Still in worse pain than before going in.

Expertise of the doctor, she clearly explain everything before, during and after the procedure. During the procedure she always made sure I was feeling comfortable and not in pain.
What I was surprised with is that I had to wait an hour with the anesthesia while the doctor would do a procedure on another patient before coming back to me.

I have been scared to go to the dentist for years now out of fear of my teeth being man handled like many times in the past. This office was kind, nonjudgmental, and as gentle as possible. They were also sympathetic and talked me through some things can be uncomfortable (ex. X-Ray positioning), but checked in constantly to make sure nothing is painful.

Went there for a tooth extraction and did not feel any discomfort or pain. Was quick and efficient. Also, talked me through all the details for present and future consultations for my oral hygiene. Will be visiting them again.
Also Maria and Dr Insiya were extremely patient and understanding with my condition and guiding through my insurance. Would highly recommend them.

I had to wait for more than an hour. Office staff is not that great. Person who was taking my X-rays, she took it so many times, doctor was teaching her on me.
Due to 1 hour wait, and X-ray time, she did not do my cleaning, and asked me to revisit. Complete waste of time.

It's an amazing experience to have a dentist that listens to the troubles that I experienced and take the time to educate me to live a healthier more hygienic life. I went to see Dr. Saboowala regarding a painful wisdom tooth which I wanted to be extracted.
I was a new patient and this was my first visit to the office. Dr. Saboowala greeted me very graciously and was nice enough to accommodate me for the tooth extraction within a short time even though she was busy with her other patients, and I was only scheduled for a examination. Besides being kind, friendly and humble, she is also a true professional in her field, and is very detailed in her work. She examines and analyses each and every tooth thoroughly while observing the gums as well. I found her assessments invaluable and honest.
I am very satisfied with her work, and I'm looking forward to her as being my new dentist.

Dr. Saboowala is the kindest dentist I have ever gone to. She is clearly passionate about her work and very committed to giving her patients the best care.
She did two crowns for me. One of the crowns didn't fit perfectly when it came back from the lab, but Dr. Saboowala patiently drilled away at it, put it back in my mouth to check the fit, drilled it, checked the fit, over and over again until it felt smooth in my mouth -- all without removing excessive material.
During one visit, I had a small cut on the side of my mouth. Without me even saying anything, Dr. Saboowala noticed and asked her assistant to apply vaseline to it periodically to reduce my pain/protect the cut since I needed to keep my mouth open for some time while she worked.

Dr. Saboowala is one of the best dentists that my family has ever sought for dental services. She is thorough, friendly and professional. She is the most considerate and caring dentists I have ever met. She cares so much about her patients that she invested to install iPads with Netflix on the overhead of the dental chairs. This way her patients could choose the type of movies to watch and get occupied by the entertainment while Dr. Saboowala could focus on the treatment.
Dr. Saboowala is definitely very passionate about her dental work and fully committed in giving her patients the best treatment and care that she could provide.
No doubt, I would highly recommend Dr. Saboowala for any dental services. I hope you would too!

I called Dr. Insiya Saboowala with an emergency front broken teeth (two of them!) situation for my mother. We were headed out of town in a couple of days and needed a quick (cosmetic) fix. Dr. Saboowala was extremely accommodating and quick to find a solution - an interim one so that we dont have to cancel our travel plans and a longer term one upon our return. Since this was our first visit there was no history or molds to work from. Dr. Saboowala was equipped with the right tools and expertise to fix the broken teeth on such short notice.
We are grateful for her patience/cheerful nature, impressed by her skill and appreciate her working after hours to help us. She and Debra (her awesome/cheerful staff member) promptly followed up to ensure fit and comfort. They coordinated with the lab so that the molds were done correctly and on time.
We highly recommend Dr. Saboowala as she is very knowledgeable, skillful and makes you very comfortable taking away the anxiety as she explains the situations and offers options that have your long term interest in mind. We look forward to working with Dr. Saboowala for a healthy smile!
