Ana and Joyce were both fantastic. They made what can sometimes be a confusing process (insurance, contacts, glasses options) feel easy and stress-free. Super friendly and efficient!

Really happy with my visit to Dr. Charmi and the whole team. Dr. Charmi was super supportive, took the time to explain everything, and gave me useful tips to improve my eye health based on my lifestyle.
The opticians and front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were patient and helped me find the right frames and lenses. Highly recommended!!

I enjoyed my visit with Dr Shiyarwala - she was very kind and patient and answered all my questions. The office was a little frustrating; I wish they had told me before my appointment that my insurance doesn't cover contact lens exams and I would be paying out of pocket.

Booking with Dr. Shiyarwala and Dean Optical was a dream. Booking through Zocdoc was simple and easy, and they sent virtual forms to fill out so that my experience in the office was as smooth as possible. Everyone there was just lovely, from the doctor herself, to her nurses, to the receptionist, who all did their best to make my experience as great as possible. I would highly recommend them.

Friendly and informed staff. Attended pretty quickly. The appointment took probably the right amount of time — longer than expected but I definitely had underestimated the level of care/service they'd provide.
