At times, we just need someone to talk to outside of our daily lives. We find ourselves with problems that we may not be able to solve on our own. Sometimes, we need a safe space where we can open-up and gain perspective and confidence. I will ask questions and offer feedback to help you look at problems differently. Life can be complicated. Change can be scary. We can start to unravel the issues so that you can take more control of your life. I focus on CBT, mindfulness and EFT to assist in positive change.
