**Dr. Hill is out of network with all insurances. Although Dr. Hill Does not accept payment from insurance, an invoice will be provided at each visit that can be submitted to insurance for patient's to receive reimbursement directly from their insurance. Payment for appointments with Dr. Hill is due in full at the time of service.** *Once an appointment is requested, Dr. Hill will be calling you to further discuss appointment details. An appointment is not confirmed, until after Dr. Hill and the patient have spoken together by phone. Please be aware: Dr. Hill will be calling from a restricted number. Also, emailing and texting is avoided in order to protect your privacy.* Payment is due at the time of service. VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Debit Card, and Check are accepted for payment. Dr. Hill provides the Super Bill, a document that is required by insurance companies to process each claim for service, to her patients at each visit. Dr. Hill assists her patients with filling out the insurance form so that the patient can submit their claim to their insurance company that very same day and get promptly reimbursed. Offices in Newport Beach and Laguna Hills. I feel offering In-Depth, Comprehensive, Personalized diagnosis and treatment is essential. My approach includes an understanding of your life history, medical data, and present situation. I offer Psychotherapy and and if indicated additional medical intervention such as medication. No need to see one Doc for meds and another Doc for Therapy. I do both. My Practice is Fee for Service, meaning payment is due at the time of service. Once you submit your claim to your insurance company they will reimburse you directly. I use Zoc Doc so you can find my services. The online scheduler is for you to indicate a preferred appointment time. I will return your call within 24 hours to discuss your needs and arrange a specific appointment time for you.
