A very dirty, terrible experience. Made an appt through Zocdoc with this in-network doctor and when I arrived they said I didn’t have one. Then they asked in front of other patients why I was there… proceeded to refer to it as Infertility treatment even though I am just beginning my pregnancy journey.
Took all my vitals, had me give a urine sample and then came into the room to tell me they couldn’t see me. That it would be $600 out of pocket to run any tests for pregnancy.
Told me I wasn’t pregnant from the urine sample and had me leave. They said she’s a private clinic so she doesn’t use insurance for anything other than a Pap smear. Never even say the doctor after 45 minutes.
I took off of work to have this appointment. What a waste and disgustingly dirty office!

Staff was very friendly. Waited 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time before i was finally seen. The doctor snapped at the med student that was shadowing her in front of me. The doctor then delivered medical news to me without giving me a chance to speak or ask any questions. When i was able to ask questions, she acted like she was annoyed that she had to answer them. She responded “that’s not what im here to talk about” to one of my medical questions. Overall, one of my worst healthcare experiences.

I was nervous about my first visit to a new gynecologist after recently moving to the area. I'm so glad I found Dr. Tajran. She was incredibly understanding and put me at ease immediately. She listened patiently to all my concerns and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The IUD removal was quick and surprisingly painless. I'm feeling much better physically and am so grateful for the care and support I received from Dr. Tajran and her team. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional gynecologist.

The doctor was kind, spent a good amount of time with me, and seemed to know her stuff. I visited her at the El Cajon office and the wait was long; I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and did not end up seeing the doctor until over an hour after scheduled appointment time; she did not acknowledge or apologize for the wait, which I found very unprofessional. Not sure I would go again, simply b/c of the wait time.

Staff and nurses were all very cordial. The office appeared clean and well maintained. Dr. Tajran is very thorough and took the time to explain the protocol for my examination and also ask what were my concerns. She assured me that her desire was to be proactive with her patients' treatment. She was able to give some of her professional and personal experiences that related to my visit to offer reassurances that I was definitely in the right place for care.

She is well worth the wait!!!! Amazing doctor who really takes the time to learn all about the patient. She is highly personable and knowledgeable. Her explanations and instructions about your health are amazing. The wait is long, but it is worth it by far. Make sure to plan a few hours for this visit, and bring a book because you will want to stay just to recieve her exceptional care!!!!

This Dr. Office was extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They ran a urine pregnancy test without my asking (my appointment had nothing to do with a pregnancy test) I waited in the exam room in a paper gown for over 30 minutes, and they don't even do their own blood work, I had to spend another hour of the day driving and waiting at a different facility to take my blood.

I went from the worst gyno Doctor up in central California to the best gyno Doctor down in San Diego. Two polar extremes. I can't recommend this doctor enough

I went back about two weeks later just for test results.. Waited 2 hours. The waiting room smells like raw sewage which is almost torture to have to endure whilst waiting for SO long. I don't think I'll be returning.

Office was very out dated with wires poking out all over the place. Staff was friendly enough. Waited about an hour, only to be told Dr was still delivering a baby, and would be on her way shortly... Would have been nice to know that when I arrived...
Walls were super thin, I could hear every conversation going on around me, above me, and in the bathroom next door...
Floor appeared to be dirty, felt uncomfortable with my shoes off.
There were nails in the walls where pictures used to hang...

Ok, here is the deal. The doctor and all the stuff is AMAZING!! Very quick, professional and lovely!
However, the facility's parking at Genessee Ave is a disaster! It took me about 15 minutes to find a parking spot in a super tight parking garage and then ~20 or so minutes to find my car! The parking is free for only 30 minutes but machines to pay for extra time are not working, of course. So I just had to hand cash to a guy standing next to the gate when I finally managed to find my car and drive out. So if you're going to visit this amazing doctor at this facility, pad a little bit time before and after the app to account for parking disaster. And keep in mind that 9850 building is "Ximed/Surgery". Sounds like it has nothing to do with OB/GYN but don't let it confuse you!

I waited at least an hour once I had been put in a patient room to be seen. The exam was the most painful exam I've ever had. It should have been just a routine annual exam. Something happened during the exam the exam that caused me to bleed. She asked if I experienced bleeding after sex. I do not. The bleeding persisted for FOUR days. The first two days there was a lot of blood. The first day after was very painful. On top of that, she forgot to write the dosage on my bc prescription so I had to go to multiple pharmacies before I found one that would fill it. The only reason I was able to get it filled is because I went to a pharmacy that had filled last years prescription & the name hadn't changed. I specifically didn't want to go to this pharmacy because I recently moved & it's far from my house. I ended up going to urgent care for the pain & bleeding on day 2 after the exam & was told there was visible bruising on my cervix.

I was in town for a short visit so this was my first and only appointment. However my appointment was cancelled without notice when I arrived at the clinic as the receptionist had made a mistake and put me under a different doctor's name at another location. That was very frustrating but they booked me for the very next day. The visit when smoothly and I enjoyed getting my check-up by Dr. Tajran who was very courteous and easy to talk to.

I went to her thinking her location was perfect but when I went on my first appointment I couldn't find the office turns out they have moved I called multiple times and no answer which lefted me frustrated then finally as I was driving home I got a call form the office this time they gave me correct directions, I finally get there and turns out it was this tiny little waiting room my husband and I felt like sardines And it. Look a little grudgingly I only saw her five minutes and she sent me on my way as I went to make another appointment her receptionist told me of another office location and of course I moved thinking it was going to be better but I was completely wrong at her other office I never saw her the waiting room there was also small but cleaner it still never makes up for how rude her associate Dr. Was but the one thing that made me stop going through her was used medical equipment thrown in the sink that was my last straw I will never reefer her out!

I've had some atrocious visits with a gynocologist before so I was absolutely terrified to come in but the doctor was super friendly. Very respectful and took the time to get to know a little bit about me which I find quite uncommon. Made my uncomfortable visit quite comfortable.
