Life's challenges are only the beginning. Allow me to help you through them. I am an empathetic, good-hearted, and insightful therapist. As a solution-focused therapist, my approach is direct and enhances your communication to others while helping you to focus on what you determine is important. Together we can improve your self confidence and guiding you to a life that is worth celebrating . While we will be unable to change difficult situation of the past; we can explore events or thoughts that keep you and your relationships in a rut and improve transitioning through your life's challenges. I welcome the opportunity of working with adults for premarital, marital, and divorce counseling as well as cooperative parenting support. Together we will determine what works and what does not work with where you want yourself to be in life or how you would like your relationships to be. I offer TeleHealth service via a video HIPPA Compliant portal. I am a credentialed divorce mediator and trained co-parent coordinator. These specialties deal with conflict resolution which de-escalates emotions and concentrates on preserving relationships for the betterment of all involved. Our relationship with wellness is extremely important to our mental and physical health. I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
